Customer Support

Our commitment to outstanding customer service is iron clad in its resolve. Every item we sell on this website has gone through a vigorous quality control process. However, given that most garments sold here are manually made by skilled craftspeople, minor imperfections should be expected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your garment, please see our return policy .

Return Policy

Customers have 5 days from the day of receiving the package to return any swimwear garments. Given that you may have worn the swimsuit, we will have to sanitize the swimsuit and repackage it, even after one wear. To return, please send us an email (sales@theokita.com) and we will give you further instructions on how to process the return.  For towels and accessories, all sales are final.

Pre-Orders

We periodically offer items for pre-order. Pre-order means that a given style has not entered general production. Since we are an artisan textile shop, we are limited by how many garments we can produce at any given time. While we design and make prototype samples continuously, we generally enter large-scale production 1-2 months after a style has been created. If you decide to pre-order a garment, please keep in mind that fulfillment of the order can take up to two months. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are estimated based on location. We are happy to ship worldwide!

I did not receive my package...

We will send you a notification once the package has been shipped. What happens to it after that is out of our hands. However, we encourage you to contact the shipping company directly to inquire about a lost package
